Mr Forsberg replaces in his new role co-owner Henrik Kaa Andersen, who will assume the position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The former Chairman, co-owner Ole Theilvig continues as a member of the board.
Since the takeover by Metalcolour A/S of Metalcolour Sweden AB (previously SSAB Laminated Steel AB) Mr Forsberg has been responsible for the successful integration of the two entities into a leading service and quality oriented provider of laminated and colour coated steel and aluminium for marine, automotive, industrial and interior applications worldwide.
